Thanks everyone.

A little update; the seller FINALLY contacted me on the 17th telling me he had shipped the cel out. He gave me the tracking number and TT tells me it's on it's way.
I haven't received it yet, but get this; He told me that the reason I had not received the cel yet was probably due to the fact that I had filed a complaint on Paypal
wtf??

Anyway!
Track and Trace showed that he sent the package out on December 17. Almost a month later than he told me he had and coincidentally the same day I posted this thread here and made my blog on RS.
Maybe it helped.

Can you guys help me hope the cel will be delivered to my greedy little hands after all?

Same guy who ripped me off a while back. Never did get my cel, but instead he sent me a cel that belonged to someone else he ripped off. Good luck to ya.

Yeah; he's bad news alright.
I really don't have any faith in that package to tell you the truth.
He might as well have sent me an empty cel box or something.

Do you still have an image of the cel he was supposed to send you?
And the other?

That is the reason why he sent you anything. What an ass. I hate people who try to make someone else take the blame for the mistakes they made. childish. Hopefully the right cel is in that package.

WoW. That is an amazing cel. One of the best Majin Vegeta Cels I have seen. Congrats on finally getting it.

Thanks everyone, I'm really happy I got the cel after all.
If Paypal would have refunded me I would have been glad too, but I really wanted this cel.

I do think it's really important for cel collectors to warn each other about people like this. We need to look out for each other a little more.
This hobby is as expensive as it is, without having to cope with fraud sellers (and buyers) too.

Would you believe I actually felt a little bad about starting these rants?
But then I remembered he sent me a sudden email on December 2nd, asking me if I had received it yet, while at that time he had not even sent it out. (and wouldn't until I started the dispute).
