Buyers Beware
Buyers Beware
Any ebayers be aware of this seller, nightelf1999. I won one of their auctions and when I paid with paypal, got an e-mail stating that they did not accept that form of payment, even though it was offered as one of the choices in the payment section. The excuse they used was that ebay would not let them sell without a paypal account, so they entered in a bogus e-mail address.
Hey
Ive had a problem with that seller as well. They bought a cel from me on Jan 23rd. They emailed me saying they dont have a paypal account and that they would be sending a money order the next day. I still havent got the money order. Ive emailed them and havent heard anything at all. However they did leave me good feedback....

Whoa, that's not right! Hopefully eBay will put a stop to this person. I'd be upset purchasing an item from a seller who is supposed to accept paypal but actually doesn't.bran-chan wrote:Report him as a non paying bidder. That's what he did to me. I had to provide ebay with proof that I did pay him. If he gets enough strikes ebay will kick him off.

I understand. Why now? Where did you get your 100% is gone?

The Three Laws of Robotics:
1. A robot may not injure a human being, or, through inaction, allow a human being to come to harm.
2. A robot must obey the orders given it by human beings except where such orders would conflict with the First Law.
3. A robot must protect its own existence as long as such protection does not conflict with the First or Second Law.

Well I reported them as a non-paying bidder. After I emailed him 2 more times and never heard anything back. Nor did I get t he money order they told me they were going to mail out 2 weeks ago.
I have relisted the item they won on ebay last night as well.
Hopefully they get kicked off ebay soon.
Sorry about your 100% feedback loss

Right now? Hmm, are you serious?

I left you negative feedback because I hate it when people don't send me things I won't pay for.
eBay and PayPal discriminate against dishonest people. Don't you start too!
If you send me your social and bank PIN number I'll send you payment ASAP!
Can I pay you when I get the first installment of Col. Nasruddin's fabulous looted personal Nigerian fortune that I'm laundering in the US for his heirs?
My eBay account is also bogus. You gotta problem with that?
Here's a third-person check in payment. Send the cel to:
Ugotiby Credulous
Cell #2457
1300 Metropolitan Avenue
Leavenworth, Kansas 66048
Can I have a tracking number, please?

So you admit that you have a prejudice against immature people as well? Shame on you! I'm sending a whiny 9-year-old brat with a runny nose over to kick you in the shins and sneeze on your cels.
Reminds me of when my college campus decided against putting out a flyer recognizing the research interests of some faculty, because there were so many loyal campus citizens who chose to do nothing but teach. "Yes, yes," a colleague of mine at another place commented. "It never pays to discriminate against mediocre people."
