Good luck to you too Belldandy16.

The Three Laws of Robotics:
1. A robot may not injure a human being, or, through inaction, allow a human being to come to harm.
2. A robot must obey the orders given it by human beings except where such orders would conflict with the First Law.
3. A robot must protect its own existence as long as such protection does not conflict with the First or Second Law.

yes it seems it has been taken down early. that might be done either by the EBay SafeHarbor Team or he could have ended it early himself after he read my "ask the seller a question" email. I won't know anything just yet-- they said it will take 24-48hrs to get back with me about the report if they need to ask me more questions.
I think I've got him scared s)$*(##@% and I AIN'T kidding that I'm comin' after his [you know wha].

What will you do instead?

Here's a copy of the response to the report I filed:
Subject: Thank You for Your Report (SafeHarbor) (KMM305111970V30014L0KM) Received: Sep-21-08
From: eBay Customer Support Expires: Oct-21-08
Thank you for reporting a buyer offering to purchase an item outside of
eBay. We will review your report as soon as possible, usually within 72
hours.
WHAT YOU SHOULD DO
We encourage you to ignore any requests to purchase items outside of
eBay and to forward a copy of the email, including the email headers, to
us. Replying to the request may reveal your email address to the party

WHAT WE NEED TO INVESTIGATE
To investigate this issue, we need a copy of the email offer that you
received along with the complete headers of the email. If you did not
already submit this information to us, please do so now through the
"contact eBay to report an off-site email offer from a buyer" link found
on the following Web page:
http://pages.ebay.com/help/policies/rfe ... -sale.html
More information about locating and sending email headers can be found
at the following Web page:
http://pages.ebay.com/help/policies/rfe ... aders.html
WHAT HAPPENS NEXT
We will take appropriate disciplinary action if we find that the email
you received violates eBay policy. Action taken may result in the
indefinite suspension of the user's account, a temporary suspension, or
a formal warning. Due to privacy concerns, we cannot inform you of
specific details. If we need more information, we will contact you.
UNPAID ITEMS
If you are reporting an eBay member who purchased an item from you on
eBay and is refusing to comply with the terms of the transaction, please
review our Unpaid Item Policy. More information on the this policy can

...Perhaps I should have done the BIN with his auction, and then filed a report through E-bay as the seller is selling items which do not belong to him...? After all, due to E-bays new system, he can't ever leave negative feedback.
Then, at least, one of us would have eventually received the cel.
But, what's past is past.
I wish you good luck with E-bay, ginga. Even if he sold the item outside of E-bay, the fact that he attempted to sell a sold item via E-bay is against E-bay's policy.
I noticed that Harry sold another cel earlier on E-bay today(one of Kaori), but his site doesn't have the other M9 cel that you purchased. I wonder what happened with the other cel that you purchased?
Something is definetely fishy as the E-bay price was low for a cel from that sequence. He might be trying to dump your cels asap.
