Anyone heard from Mendo?

I don't mean to pry, but has anyone heard from RS user Mendo (huge collection of Words Worth)? This user is an amazing person and great buyer and we have had some great deals over the years but in the last month all communication has silenced and I'm actually worried about them. She is punctual to emails but it is going on 5 weeks now and not a peep. Not sure if anyone knows her irl or has been in communication. Thanks,
