Has anyone been in touch with Rick from Anime-Link lately? I sent him 3 emails within the last 2 weeks or so and I haven't had any reply.

I've had a successful transaction with Anime Link in the past few months, though there was a snag when AL sent out a wrong item. As noted, the owner is on the road a lot, so I did have to email him a couple times to raise him. However, once I was in contact, he was quick and reasonable about settling the issue.

Ditto. I had a transaction with him about a month ago. Sometimes he can be a little slow when he is working a con. Once it took him about a week to get back to me, which was fine because I wasn't in a big hurry. I have had problems with a couple of other dealers never writing back when placing an order or asking for more information, but never Anime Link.

Yeah anime-link sometimes is kind slow to answer, but overall is a nice seller!
