Going Away From Cel Collecting For Awhile

Leave? Did I say that? I meant vacation from cel collecting Thanks for the shout out though Seriously I'm doing really good this time. I've managed to avoid alot of good sales and despite almost all of the Saiyuki sketched at AM on sale I was good enough to only purchase $30.00 which is WAY better than what I normally would do under the circumstances. Also, I'm in a tiny auction on Ebay for a small priced cel I hope to get close to the OP bidding price. Other than that I'm pretty good.

Thanks for asking WC, it's so kind of you! I'm still working on payments for previous offers which I hope to wrap up in Dec. January will be an excellent month to stop collection more than I have becuase all of those payments will be done, the loan for my computer will be done, I'll have holiday pay and birthday money to put towards my debts, I hope to close some ccards, and I can jump on tax refund stuff. I just need to hang on for Dec. my fingers are croseed.

As for the situation with my friend it resulted in ex-friends status which I just hate the fact that it came to that! Yes, I did manage to cling onto the cels to keep and when I told her what they actually looked like in person she didn't sound like she wanted them anymore. I think she liked them at first but then as she bidded it was less of her loving them and more of her wanting them just to say she had won them. Which isn't fair! The Lina pan cel is pretty messed up but with some TLC and work it will look fine! I have to find time to rescan them though. The pics on my gallery don't do them justice!

As for the dog situation we're still working on getting over that. Thanksgiving pretty much put us back into depressed mode all though I had my little cousin over and that got my mind off of things... it didn't work out so well for my mother. Also, she has had her heart set on adopting a Dauschound (sp?) from the animal shelter but with all the flood of adoptions over the case the dog was involved in, it doesn't look likely. I would LOVE to give her that dog for X-mas. However, I've been cautious about having such a small dog around. We had a medium-sized one before and we were worried about it enough as it was, if we have a small dog we'll be paranoid nervous wrecks! I hope she finds a new companion soon so she's not so alone.
