Yup, you are just now catching the tail end of Fall in NZ. If you get a chance, take a trip to Taupo and try the bungee jump. FUN! Also, there are great vinyards in Hawkes Bay, Napier/Hastings, and Hamilton. The mission has really good wine(2002 shiraz, yum!). I snuck about six bottles home in my bags when I left. You can also visit Mt. Ruapehu, Craters of the Moon, and Huka falls. Rotten-rua, I mean Rotorua, is a fun place as well. Enjoy!

Unfortunately, I'm only going to be on the South Island, since that is where my friends live (and it's too expensive to visit the North Island), but there are still tons of fun things to do down here.
