Thanks everyone. I was dying to show y'all my accomplishment. Apparently someone here thinks that I was being arrogant though and got this way via plastic surgery. As for how I did it ....I used the hold eat right and exercise. I started in December and lost the 40 pounds by April/May. I had wanted to take the stereotypical pic in the old pants like everyone else does as a reminder to myself of what I used to be like and how far I had come. Basically so I wouldn't get that way again. Since I've known many of you for sometime now and some of you had asked why I hadn't done the pics yet I just thought it appropriate to post. :jump Thanks again everyone. :jump

I just think it's wonderful that all of your hard work paid off! Honestly, I am really grateful to you for posting the pictures. I need to lose a buncha weight, myself, and this gives me hope that, maybe, I can do it, too.

Anyhow, I just wanted to send an extra "thanks" your way, as well as another round of congratulations. You certainly deserve all the cheers!!
