I bought some cels / sketches from Jason late last year. I had a similar problem with a delay - I actually thought I may have been ripped off but he just took a while to get to his emails. To cut a long story short, I have found him to be a good seller, just a little slow- he probably actually has a life and doesn't check anime-beta twice a day like me.
