Kaona wrote:there were a lot of "shipping mishaps" and excuses, and then she stopped responding to my emails.

I emailed her late last night after reading this, and she responded this morning saying she had receipts from the post office and would email them to me. This is the third or fourth time she's used that line, so I am not optimistic at this point, just sad there were others out there who were also taken advantage of.
WOW... classic... she used that same line on me for the last month of our transaction!! Even stating that she had sent it several times and it was constantly returned back to her... BS since when I demanded proof of all the shipping attempts, of course I received none. I let it slide since later that very week the cel was finally shipped to me along with proof she actually sent it, oddly Nene's was sent the same day as well, go figure lol.

Also, Ronin please know that I am not commenting on Nelia as a person, only as a seller... Business and Personal should never mix.

LMFAO... yeah I mentioned that point to her that several times!! You know where it got me, absolutely nowhere...

Otakusin, I'll bet if we compared notes, she probably used the same template for her emails to both of us! That is precisely what has been going on.

And I agree this is not a personal attack on Nelia. She seems very nice and full of good intentions, but taking people's money and not bothering to deliver the cels people paid for is just plain wrong.

Thanks for all of the replies.

She responded to my feedback I sent last night with an apology. She said she would check and see if she sent it already. The next e-mail I received from her was her stating that she'd have it shipped out that day and she was including some extras because of her mistake. Her last e-mail she provided the receipt from the post office. So I'll let you all know in a couple of days if it showed up or not.

On a happy note I got a phone call that my SMJ package arrived today.

Considering we all have had some major problems with a cel seller one day or another, from the 4-6 monthes between payment and shipment up to the money stolen, would it be possible to crate a kind of "black list topic"?

I don't want to annoy anybody unfairly. This place could be just for the worst sellers. But there we could put their nicknames, real name, emails... Everything we need to be carefull. Of course we would have to show strong evidence that these sellers are really bad...

I saw that kind of list on a trading cards french forum and frankly it works really well... :o

What do you think about it?

This was also suggested recently but I think the idea was turned down because they had it once before but discontinued it because of "hurt feels". Well if you don't want your "feelings" hurt ship out the damn packages! >_> just my two cents.

Bran-chan, PM sent.

I also received an email saying the package went out today. She included a scan from the post office, and it does have my zip code, so perhaps a little peer pressure has resulted in success.

Well the cel arrived today but it was missing the sketch. I've sent her an e-mail about it, we'll see what she says.

Well, in a way my package finally arrived.

The Priority Mail box showed up damaged. It had been folded back and forth, like a paper fan with the words "Received in bad condition at ___" stamped all over the front. Fortunately the cels appear to have survived, but I don't have the stomach to look at them right now.

The bigger surprise was inside the box. I paid for 4 cel and received 3 of the 4. I also received 4 cels I didn't order. Of the 7 cels that arrived today there are a total of 2 sketches. Only 1 of the 3 paid for showed up with its sketch.

Bran-chan if you get yours let me know. Maybe she can find mine, too! I'm just...speechless.

UNBELIEVABLE /omg

Honestly I had worried about just that happening with mine. When the first one (wrong one) had been sent I noticed it was in a potential disaster for bending, no backing or support whatsoever. The correct one I eventually received was shipped exactly the same way, thankfully it made it safely.

Sadly, due to what happened with the wrong one being sent I can see her not sending everything. Why!? It is a mystery to me, how it happens time and time again leads my brain to think she intentionally does it, could be wrong but...

Extras are always nice if and only if you had received everything you rightfully paid for not as a cover up for missing cels/sketches.

Again, best of luck!! *shakes head as she logs out* /an

Apparantly, she forgot that this happened to her once:

I usually don't like to judge people, but in my experience
with Nelia, I find her to be a liar. Its pretty sad that you
can't take care of business until you are called out on it.

I think there was a point she even made a post about a cel dealer
being rude to her boyfriend about a payment plan. I wonder if
she considers handling transactions this way normal? Personally,
I would say its rude. :?
