Hey, so far, so good! Have talked to all the siblings and remaining parents, been squat upon by a cat or two, had carrot cake and ice cream AND been serenaded "Happy Birthday" by a French Horn! (Thing the elder, Elizabeth, took up horn last year).

Best of all, they have let me sit around like a slug and avoid housework today (WOOT!). Instead, I did the update I've been needing to do for *months* now.

Including the Birthday Suit!

Now I ask you, how on earth can you beat that? :D (Oh wait, how about the fact that I don't technically turn 50 until 10:42 p.m Eastern time? :P )
