The only prettier eyes in anime might be Ed's in Cowboy Bebop; or maybe Mizuki in Comic Party; or what about Miina in Please Twins? Or Misaki in Angelic Layer ... aw forget it, they're all lovely! But Mikura is right up there with the best!
I'm a huge fan of Yasuomi Umetsu's work (Can't wait for Liberator!)
