he he, postal shipping in many countries is not as cheap as in the US or Japan. Don't know about the rest of Europe, but sending an EMS package in Spain is quite expensive (about 3 or 4 times more, and also in euro currency. A package that costs to send 15 USD in Japan costs around 40 Euros in Spain, and 1 euro is about 1.38 USD right now so make your numbers).

It sounds like Stephens going through growing pains... especially when businesses expand like with the new anicyo there's hiccups in customer service...

I also had the e-mail problem with the same dealer he was talking about last night... It took me a year to finally get a respond to them... I know i sent at least 2 e-mails.. I am pretty sure I sent more than that. Iw as for sure that they were out of business but they kept updating. @_@ Maybe it is a routing issue there from american e-mails.. I dunno. I have never had a problem with Anicyo or Stephen e-mails so... yeah. Hopefully this will all get resolved soon...

Now my thought is... What the hell is up with the french guy doing COD? LOL What an ass. HAHA I guess he was getting treated the same way by AM and thought "I am not playing this game anymore, I am out!"Now he doesn't have to talk to AM about getting money back or anything like that. Sucks..

Like many others, I've had very successful transactions with Stephen in the past. However, they were quite a long time ago, before he even started up Anicyo. It sounds like he's been slipping recently. Maybe he's been having some real life issues?

Regardless, I hope you get your refunds, and I hope that service from Anicyo and Anime Museum picks up soon.

Whoa that sucks...I hope Stephen can respond soon. I know it doesn't help, but like others before I've dealt with Stephen and had no problems at all before. He's no crook, so hopefully he can come through for you.

Wow, I don't even know what to tell you. I have not purchased anything from AM for the past couple years (hasn't been updating with the cels I am interested in). I know he has been disappearing lately. I am guessing the market pretty much started drying out. But, there is no excuse for what he has done. I sure hope you get this resolved. Please do keep us updated on how this turns out.

But! Remember to send using EMS... So the money order doesn't get lost!

Does anybody know how to close their acount with anicyo?

I've only ever won one auction and now I'm questioning the reliability of the deputy service. I feel I'm throwing money away.

It's a shame to hear all of this because I am one of the many who have previously had great service from Anime Museum. Real life must be dealing Stephan a bad hand right now. I know that's not an excuse...

beatrush, I think that cel was worth the trouble. She's beautiful. And you showed your true colours in the way you handled things. Everyone got their cels *only* because of your generosity. I really hope you get a refund on the p&p!
