Oh maaaaaaan! I HATE waiting! What a long long wait! blech. Do they have any real reason why you can't start earlier if they already have your replacement in the wings now? Well, Michener will still be there waiting for you in April. Even though time seems to move slowly when you're looking forward to something, remember that it's already NOVEMBER! Can you believe it?? NOVEMBER!! Where did this year go?? It will be April 2006 before you know it, Kay! :)

You really do? I honestly think you should sit down, take a stress pill, and calmly think things over. What makes you so certain? Interesting observation.

1. A robot may not injure a human being, or, through inaction, allow a human being to come to harm.
2. A robot must obey the orders given it by human beings except where such orders would conflict with the First Law.
3. A robot must protect its own existence as long as such protection does not conflict with the First or Second Law.

PPPPPPPPPPffffffffffffffffffffftttttttttttttttttttttttt :tongue

There is nothing "impatient" about wanting to be in a position you have held, on paper, for the past five months. *sniff* *sniff*

NSP don't wuv me any more. *sniff* :l

Oh... and Shellie: I can't move downstairs until I have a replacement because there are no other original catalogers here. I'm it. Uno. La. Da Beast. Talk about fun trying to gather peer support and feedback in a place in which you have...no...peers. :/

So... if all we got was stuff someone had cataloged already, like best sellers or something, I could just be on call as needed. Unfortunately, I have probably 150 really NASTY original cataloging pieces sitting right here, and two of four of my people are brandy-new and need a reference/tutor yadda yadda for awhile.

Whee!!

(hey... at least they can't do without me for very long at a time. I should be happy about that) :D

I can also fix it so nobody will ever find some particular thing again, too :dgrin ("Yep! I think that dissertation on distance education should be filed under Skin--Diseases--Pictorial works. Yep, there's the ticket!")
