That is a rather sweeping generalization about people.

The Three Laws of Robotics:
1. A robot may not injure a human being, or, through inaction, allow a human being to come to harm.
2. A robot must obey the orders given it by human beings except where such orders would conflict with the First Law.
3. A robot must protect its own existence as long as such protection does not conflict with the First or Second Law.

I have to agree, though, that all the Paypal complaints must have jump started her to get these cels out to people. You can't make them wait like that without any response, even if you have a million and one things to do.
Don't sell on ebay unless you have the time to get things out to people or at least respond to their emails.

Let me extrapolate on my recent thoughts. Our emails and initiation of claims were not simple. However, a simple email from Osanji would have alleviated our distress and worry that we were dealing with a “possible” fraudulent seller.
