I remember when Baylor's (is she still here?) first screen name was 'celacious'.

I remember Fever's Break was the instigator of many-o-smarmy posts and may have been responsible for the first use of that word on this board.

I remember the coffee thread. That was an interesting afternoon.

ahh yes, the days. I remember even before Anime Alpha when it was the strictly porn site 'Porn Epsilon'. People would come in and post their favorite pic. Old yarns would be written back and forth about how they first happened upon the pic and they'd make up stories about how it was their girlfriend/boyfriend. I don't know how the hell this place ever turned into an anime cel site but I stayed the course. Oh well. So Glorff finally posted pics of his cels??

And Pudge, I saw Shithead not too long ago in another forum. Apparently he's in an assylum.

well compared to everyone else, i am still a newbie lol... but i remember a few things about cels in general.

i remember when tv studios still did their own animation.

i remember when shows were still being made with cels.

i remember when uni cels cost hundreds, not thousands.

i remember the different anime sections too... and lurking.

I remember quiet a few things people have posted.

I remember buying a cel off Mighty Mask and him giving me the heads up about Anime Beta.

I remember hearing stories about Anime Alpha.

Certainly remember when Gonzai, was known as Pudge.

I did believe Glorf owned cels, but couldn't believe how long he took to get them online.

I remember when soda would buy every angry namek cel that would come on YJ.

I remember shithead and also candyman, does anyone remember the person wHo UsEd tO wRiTe LiKe tHiS???? I never understood why, or how they could be bothered to type like that.

I remember searching the internet for "lost" DBZ galleries, and finding a few.

I remember when I had cels.

mmmm...I've been on-and-off...but things I remember:

*Fights between members...

*When there was a certain site that you could not talk about because not all could buy from him/her (she/he only wanted to deal with certain people, not sure why since I never took the time to ask (name rhymes with TEAM ROCKET)
*When stuff actually went high on EBAY...instead of the current penny lots...
*When I only had five cels

*When anime used to look cool and complex, instead of the now lazy way the animators take to just put 2 skin tones and a little glossy part on the hair
*When Sunrise actually believed that it could keep Gundam Seed sketches from me

(I was told at a convention that sunrise desperately tried to keep them, but thank goodness for their shady workers)
*When Anime Chaos was around

I haven't been in beta long but I here are some things I remember...

- the many flame wars and "show me" threads on animanga
- checking keeptrack religiously a few times a day
- viewing the cel galleries listing on animanga when there was no RS
- when great cels of Ranma and FY cost less than $100 (oh why wasn't I working then

)
- when new cels from series of the 90s were sold almost everyday
- when no one knew about Yahoo JP auction
- getting excited about Anime Taro and Anime Chaos sale ...but not being able to afford the cels anyway
-when sketches were only a 'good-to-have'

God I love this hobby!

Lets see.. Things I remember:

I remember the different sections for anime series. Dragonball, Trigun, Gundam, there was an "other" and "request" section as well.

There was an "Ask me" forum.

The forum was blue... really blue.

I remember there was an Poll in the entrance at one time something like "Are you visiting this site because you are looking for cels or anime." Or something.

So forum members at that time user names:

veggiessj4, forestkane, animeal, DBZUK
