You can do what alot of people do Nadia,
Just know at least one person who is still forking over the 600 yen/month and have them bid on stuff you want. You run into problems though if that person wants the same cel and says no... hahaha. I have bid on things for people with my account before. I have yet to run into that issue. 8)

I'm sorry to hear about your experience, it's really unfair that you had to pay the shipping, esp of that French guy X|

Like many others haf said, Stephen is an old dealer and his svc has always been gd in the past. Late last yr, he was slow in replying and sending for anicyo deputy svc. But he explained that he was going thru' family problems and I empathised with him. Anyway, the cels came thru' after a few wks so I was ok.

I'm not giving him excuses but I think Stephen will give you restitution in your case. Try contacting him via different email addresses.

Actually, yes it does.
It costs less to send to the US than within Canada sadly. Also shipping is expensive unlike the US which always is fun to explain to people when I sell on Ebay.

Hello,

Sorry this was totally my mistake.

However I have not received any mails from you since july 11th and I don't visit anime-beta, I didn't know the this thread was around. I didn't get any emails from you stating you had sent the cels.

I can and will happy cover the $55 and $65 for the costs of shipping and extra.

So Paypal 120.00 or Credit for the sale $170.00 it's your choice.

Once again I apologize until a month ago my life basically hit rock bottom. I am only just starting to recover and get it back in order.

Yeah I had and still have a sick family member which I was handling fine until I go sick too. Then pile of other crap hit me right at the worse time.

But as I said before, Things are slowly getting into order.

A few people I have talked to about this before the post all suggested that, but me being the nice guy decided "Well, atleast one of us will get our cels".

yeah, from what I am reading, I was the lucky SOB who got the 6th pull in Russian Roulette.
RoboFlonne wrote:Do you think Stephen's e-mail service is blocking your e-mails?

Maybe try e-mailing with another e-mail? Image
I know he is receiving my emails because everytime I respond, I get a confirm message which I need to repy back to and also his responses all have my previous email below.

Honestly, even if I got my money back, I still would not buy from there again. The fact it has taken 6 months to get a resolve and the lack of communication and customer support gives me no confidence in buying from him again.

Hello,

I see what the problem was with email ! I seems the antiispam thing was blocking your emails <sorry> around the time I got sick I was receiving around 200 to 300 spams emails via standard email and the form on the site. At the time I needed to clear my head and my mail box so I turned on a thing called a box trapper which now looks like it didn't work.

Any Beta people if someone is having problems it would be nice if someone would bring things to the intention of the dealer (pretty please)

Ah, so no wonder I never got any responses to my emails I sent.
Well, that totally explains it. For awhile, I just thought you didn't
like me anymore. :hurt:

The time he or she needed to clear his or her head and his or her mail box so he or she turned on a thing called a box trapper which now looks like it did not work is where it's at.

Stephen

I have tried to contact you via e-mail several times in the last few month, including recently with two different e-mails, but haven't gotten a reply to any. Could you please contact me via e-mail if you received all or any of those e-mails.
Thanks!
