Ditto. Ditto. It's another example how a simple email can resolve so much.

I'm afraid that my simple emails did nothing. I have a feeling that it was the paypal complaint that so many of us filed that got things moving.

I suspect so too. No one got any email replies until we all started the disputes pouring in.

That is a rather sweeping generalization about people.

So far, neither my emails nor my paypal dispute have gotten a response.
Just remember not to close the paypal dispute until you have the cels in
hand or you won't be able to reopen it.

I have to agree, though, that all the Paypal complaints must have jump started her to get these cels out to people. You can't make them wait like that without any response, even if you have a million and one things to do.

Don't sell on ebay unless you have the time to get things out to people or at least respond to their emails.

Let me extrapolate on my recent thoughts. Our emails and initiation of claims were not simple. However, a simple email from Osanji would have alleviated our distress and worry that we were dealing with a “possible” fraudulent seller. Hopefully this helps clears up my ramblings so I don’t have to insert my other foot into my mouth.

It would be nice if our emails and initiation of claims were not simple.

Well I filed with Paypal, Ebay, the internet Fraud Center, my local police and post office. I would have done more if I could think of any. I want to say thank you to Vapalla for the link to the internet Fraud Center :ghug:

I hope we all get our cels :D

She promised she'd send me a tracking number on the weekend... Hopefully she doesn't get much more delayed than this.
