I don't know if this helps, but can she try the email address used to transfer the money? Is that listed with the transaction? (I'm a buyer not a seller, so I'm not sure). You might want to post over at RS too.
I don't know why I didn't think of that. I'll e-mail her again and ask her to check that e-mail address. Of course, something could have happened with that too, I suppose.
