I did a big presentation last night to the TVAR (Tri-Valley Animal Rescue) Board of Directors to try to get them to fund our Rabbit Program that I have been developing over the past 3 years. Currently our budget is $500, and Casey and I have been putting about $15,000 a year out of our own pockets (plus time & energy) into developing this program. Our goal is to try to get them to fully fund us. You can also see the inside of our bunny area in the new house you all helped to pay for by buying our cels >.< !

For those who would like to see the slides from my rabbit presentation please download the file below:

Warning: it's big! (50 MB) It's in Adobe Acrobat so pretty much everyone should be able to read it.
Note: all of the cases are ones that I have worked directly with the rabbit at my house (Cinnabun, Brandybuck, Alaska, Rex, Mitzi, Emily, Connor, Vincent, 7 dwarves) or on a case as a volunteer (Hayward, Phoenix, Job, Christmas Eve Bunnies). This is a small selection of the cases I work on. You can also see our foster center pictured (yay to Marisa's garage).
The one case I did NOT work on but was valuable to show is the Best Friend's 1500+ Rabbit Rescue in Utah.
We are always looking for donations of items -- if you can donate anything for the bunnies, check out this list here:

Please let me know if you have any questions

Thanks to everyone who attended last night,
Marisa
