Moving to Japan - Looking for Cel Places

Hi,
Sorry I don't know really where to put this topic.

Okay as many of you know I am moving to Japan in a month. And I am looking for places to buy cels of course! Any help would be much appreciated. Looking foward to scouting out Japan.

Where in Japan are you moving? The only shops I have personally been to are in Tokyo, Kyoto and Osaka.
