Jaw271 or Jason Wolfgang...turning into a problem now

I bought a rather expensive cel from him, which I paid for in full on May 6th, but I haven't received it yet and I'm getting worried.

I have emailed him, left feedback through his Rubberslug gallery and this last Tuesday I sent him a PM (which he hasn't opened yet), but without succes. I haven't heard from him since we last spoke on May 11th.

I know of one other cel collector who's in the same boat as me, and we both would like to hear at least something from him to ease our minds.

Communication with Jason has been really nice before and he has very good ebay feedback, but he hasn't been here since May 11th either (that was the last day I heard from him).

Does anyone know anything?
Hopefully nothing has happened to him and hopefully I'm panicking over nothing, but if anyone knows anything I would be grateful to hear.

Hey Wendy,
I spoke with him a few weeks back after months of not seeing him online or any posts/updates to his gallery. I thought something might have happened as well, or he became extremely busy.

It turns out he had a seizure a few months back and one of the precautions that he was told to take was to stay away from computer screens for awhile. From what I was told it could have placed him into a relapse.

Now, I don't know if that means that something got worse and he is unable to get on his computer again, but I do know that it was giving him problems in the past.

I bought several incredibly expenses pieces from him, and as you said, his feedback is topnotch. So I know if he were able to get them sent out, he would. He is not one for putting things off because he just doesn't feel like it, there is some reason that he just isn't able to get back to you.

I hope this helps and to anyone else who reads this, please pray that he is doing better.

And yes, I was afraid something had happened, let's hope that if something did happen, it's nothing too serious

Communication with him has been really good, but he suddenly stopped answering all emails and PM two or three weeks ago.

I really do not mind waiting, but it's the not knowing that's been driving me nuts

I really, really hope he's doing okay.

If anyone else received the animegame newsletter you understand there are more people waiting for their cel, and one person even mistook Jason from Animegame for Jason Wolfgang

Nevertheless, this is turning into a problem because I still haven't received my $700 cel and Jason is not responding to any messages or PMs.
I also know of more collectors now who are in the same boat. (it's getting crowded in here)

Does anyone perhaps know his address?
Because I was thinking maybe it helps if I can send him a letter.

I want this resolved because lets face it, 700 dollar is no spare change.

Argh! I'm so sorry this has turned into a huge, frustrating problem for you, Wen-chan. I hope you're able to get his address and establish some sort of contact with him, and that you can get your cel soon. That is strange about jaw271.

He's always been reliable in the past. I would think that there's just a lot of personal stuff going on. I hope things work out for everyone involved. I also hope someone has a way of getting a hold of him other than computer. That would solve so much stress.

I think I agree with sending physical letteres if he really is causioned to staying away from computer screens. Somebody who had bought from him in the past must have his address somewhere right? I wonder if you can contact some of his buyers before from Ebay and explain the situation? If you paid with paypal, maybe you can take up the case iwth them too, but we all know paypal's customer service = non-existant.

Otherwise, maybe a white page look up can result in his phone number? In any case, hope you can either somehow get your money back or get your cel. Best of luck to you!

You can go to ebays web site and sign in and you can request the sellers full name, address and phone number,Here is a link to the page on ebay.

Find your old item number that you bought from him before and use that item number to get the info on him.Or if you have not bought from him before or it's been a long time, ask someone who just bought from him and he owes cels to and have them run the id check for you that way both of you get the info you need.
