Trying to get ahold of Nelia

I bought an Ein cel from her earlier this year and I finished paying it off in June. I haven't received it yet. I've tried e-mailing her, using the rubberslug feedback to get in touch with her but I've had no luck.

I have been waiting for a cel too. I heard from her months ago but nothing since. I did PM her again the other day. Nothing back yet though.

I really wish everyone here good luck in receiving your cels, you will need it. I will be very honest you have to start bugging her everyday... starting now and sadly nice does not work with her, she will take advantage of any kindness you offer her.

I know this due to first hand experience back in January 07. I bought this cel off her during her first of three sales she posted on Beta this past year...

Even though I had paid in full, she put me off until I literally bugged her enough, finally sending me the wrong cel (sent mine to someone else, vice versa). Annoying but not a problem if once the seller receives both cels back she sends them to the correct buyers, with Nelia that did not happen. It literally took months of countless emails from me and several more excuses from her until I actually received him (and yes I have each and every one of them STILL saved so she cannot dispute this)!! In total the whole transaction took around 4 1/2 months, with little communication on her part... the most frustrating cel deal I have ever encountered in all my years of collecting.

PS- I sadly was not the only one she demonstrated her wonderful lack of communication. She had put off at least one more buyer I know of after her second sale but out of respect I will only speak of my personal dealings with her.

I'm the other buyer Otakusin mentioned. It took two months for Nelia to ship my cel and with hardly any replies to emails asking if she'd sent it yet. I wish you good luck, Bran-chan.

Nelia is very sweet and honest and I'm sure you guys will get your items, but it can sometimes take a while for her to reply and get stuff out. I know it's no consolation to having not received your items yet and I'm not justifying it, but I'm sure you will get your items eventually and I'm sure she will get round to looking into it when she sees this thread. So try not to worry too much guys...

I'm SORRY!!! BUT IT DOSE NOT TAKE 4 1/2 MONTHS TO SHIP A PACKAGE!!! It DIDN'T take that LONG for her to take your money and it should NEVER take that long to get your item sent!!! WHAT A BAD CEL SELLER!!! If she was to LAZY to ship your item the least she could do is refund your money!!!

Just my own opinion!!! ^_^

Wha? Well what the heck is going on with her these days, then? She was perfectly fine the one time I bought from her. Then again those were the days when I talked to her via IM almost every day. Now I barely see her.
I had no idea she was getting this slack.

After reading this about Nelia, I knew it was finally time to join Anime-Beta and lurk no more! I also purchased cels from her in June 2007 and have not received them. For awhile there were a lot of "shipping mishaps" and excuses, and then she stopped responding to my emails. I even had help from an A-B moderator, but to no avail.

usamamo and bran-chan, if you need any more contact info, I have plenty of ways to reach her. I emailed her late last night after reading this, and she responded this morning saying she had receipts from the post office and would email them to me. This is the third or fourth time she's used that line, so I am not optimistic at this point, just sad there were others out there who were also taken advantage of.

She seems to have no problems updating her gallery more than once a month...So there should be no excuses as to why she can't send ppls goods out as well as pay for auctions won...Especially responding to e-mails...
