Shiny brand new member!
Hi everyone! I just joined the site and have only been addicted er, collecting for a few months. I've spent the last couple days making a gallery on Rubberslug, so please stop by and see the start of my collection: http://cenbe.rubberslug.com/gallery/home.asp
I think my very favorite show so far is Kamichu, so I've used Yurie for my avatar. I like all the Studio Ghibli stuff of course; Whisper of the Heart and Only Yesterday really stand out for me. I also love Gunslinger Girl and romantic comedies like Chobits, Please Twins and Honey & Clover. I really like drawings and am fascinated by the production process, so it's great getting complete cuts with layouts, roughs and timing sheet and then going over everything and seeing how it all came together.
My user name comes from a character in an old sci-fi story called Vintage Season. It's about a future society where time-travel to the past is fairly routine and used by wealthy dilettantes for tourism. They go back and blend in as spectators at great events and celebrations or horrific tragedies and disasters. Cenbe is a composer who distances himself from the average traveler and uses his experiences as inspiration for his art. Actually, this story would make a great basis for an anime. Any manga artists out there?
I still have a lot more stuff to scan and put in my gallery, so please check back every once in awhile. Also, any suggestions for improvement are welcome!

Hello and Welcome,
Great Chobits sketches I saw soon after you made your gallery. Thanks for sharing your stuff and I look forward to seeing it grow as time goes on.

I am so glad you find this amusing, ReiTheJelly.

The Three Laws of Robotics:
1. A robot may not injure a human being, or, through inaction, allow a human being to come to harm.
2. A robot must obey the orders given it by human beings except where such orders would conflict with the First Law.
3. A robot must protect its own existence as long as such protection does not conflict with the First or Second Law.

What you said was either too simple for me.

Why now? Good then you can explain it to me.
