I'm new here...

Hey there everyone.

I've been here for a couple of weeks, so I thought I'd come and introduce myself :)

I'm Blaster, and I've been collecting cels since about 2004. It started off with a TMNT cel I found on Ebay. After that I began looking at anime cels, mostly from Bubblegum Crisis 2040 (BGC being the only anime I'd really known at the time) and I got hooked. My RS gallery can be found in the 'www' tab below.

I'm a hardcore Transformers collector (pretty much everything except cels) and I have my fair share of TMNT gear as well.

I've also been collecting anime figures for about the last year or so, and my collection is growing at a rapid rate. I'm pretty sure I'm financing much of HLJ's new warehouse :P

My all-time favourite anime's would be Mezzo and Kite. I'm a huge fan of Yasuomi Umetsu's work (Can't wait for Liberator!)

Well, that's a bit about me. I hope to make many friends here who share my interest for cel collecting.

The DVD boxset is already in my collection and has been watched multiple times :D

Just haven't gotten around to getting any OVA cels yet.

Welcome to Beta! Hope you enjoy your time here! :) What great TMNT cels! I love the old-school Shredder, he's so funny! I've yet to see a cel featuring Brain and his walker thingie device that looks like a person, I forget the name of it. :x Great collection! Hope to see you around the boards! :^^:

Hi there, Blaster. Welcome to Beta- I'm sure you'll find it an exciting extension to your cel hobby.
Let me be the first to show my apprciation for your Mezzo cels, nice collection! I wonder if KITE Liberator is actually going to come out because it's been in the pipeline for a long time. I say that jokingly because there are a couple of Umetsu projects that I've been waiting and waiting and waiting for.
Out of the gloom a voice said unto me;

So I smiled and was happy
and behold;

Well, Libertaor was supposed to be released 25 Jan 2008, but Just recently it was posted on the offical site that it had been postponed. :(
As for other Umetsu works - I've been waiting for Kiss & Cry to come out - It looks interesting :)
