Buyer beware! DBZ collectors please read!

I have no idea if I'm posting this in the right section but I would like to warn cel collectors for a certain seller.

He owns the Blood of a Prince rubberslug site and he's selling his remaining two cels.
He calls himself Lewis and the email address he used to contact me was Lewis4F@aol.com.
His paypal address is from the UK, and is listed to Andrew Burnett.

If this person contacts you asking you if you'd be interested in any of his cels do not fall for it like I did.

He offered me his Majin Vegeta cel and after a period of emailing back and forth I agreed to buy it.
He was really nice to talk to and very quick in his emails and replies, so I thought I could trust him, but after I sent him the payment he never contacted me again.
He told me he would mail the cel out the next morning through first class mail.
First Class mail with tracking number would only take a couple of days to get to me since I live in The Netherlands.
This was November 19th.

I have sent him countless emails, asking clarification and answers but they all went unanswered and ignored.

On December 8 I have filed a dispute through Paypal and after that let it escalate to a claim.
He never responded to the dispute nor the messages Paypal sent him either.

I am now waiting for Paypal to make a decision in this, but I did want to warn everyone for this person. Especially DBZ collectors.

Hopefully, PayPal won't take too long and rule in your favor.

It's good to know you care.
I thought it was important to warn people about him so he can't do this again.

I think he kind of needed money when he contacted me, so I have a feeling he will do this again to other DBZ collectors.

He hasn't responded to the claim yet, and he has until the 20th to do so or Paypal will automatically decide in my favour.

Since I posted this the seller's gallery is gone from Rubberslug, but I saved an image of the cel on my computer.

Here's an image of the cel he "sold" me, so you guys know which cel I am talking about.

Maaaan, that stinks!! I'm so glad you went through paypal and will eventually get your money back, but it's a bummer that you have to wait that long for it. I hope it all gets resolved as easily as possible for you, Wen!

Even if his gallery is deleted you still might have access to it sort of. If you still have the address it might be cached at:

Thanks for telling us I saw his website before he de-listed it and he still had the Majin Vegeta cel in his gallery!!!
