I just wanted to warn sellers, especially those of you who sell DBZ items, that eBayer z-senshi is a non-paying bidder.
This buyer has not made any attempts to contact me for the item he/she purchased. I've emailed and sent messages
through eBay feedback many times and sent 3 invoices to this buyer. I had to file a UID today.
Forgot the mention that by briefly browsing this persons feedback, looks as though they would have had 3 negatives from sellers but for some reason 2 of them mutually withdrew their feedback. Hopefully this deadbeat will be kicked from eBay soon. Yes, I'm pretty peeved about this. I really get tired of having deadbeats bid for my items.
sorry to hear about the non paying bidder shampy. Since he mutually withdrawn with his past negative feedback, i think you should avoid leaving him any negative feedback, because theres a high chance he will then return a negative fb and you will have to go through the fuss for mutual-withdrawn, just makesure you block him for future tossing around
As long as you file for a non payment, the negative feedback will not be counted in your "Recent Feedback Ratings" or "Members who left a negative". Once the non payment action goes through, the negative feedback marks disappears, the only thing that stays is the comment, which no one cares and once you get 25 other feedbacks, it pushes the stupid comment down to the next page, so no one see it The biggest thing is the scores aren't affected because the negatives do not show.
Oh how I'd love to leave a neg for non-paying bidders. However 99.99% of the time after they've been reported by me (along with other sellers/buyers) they become unregistered users and I don't get the satisfaction of leaving the neg.
The buyer has responded to my UID today stating this:

Hi,
I'm waiting for payment from items i'm selling.
I'm serious i will pay you ASAP.
Apparently they have no money to pay for items they are purchasing and lying by stating they are waiting for payment for items they sell? Well, I sure don't see anything listed for sale on their account at the moment.
I've also noticed this person has bid on some new DBZ auctions and I've notified one seller of this. There seems to be some new negative feedback left for the bidder as well.
Guy sounds like a loser, but he might be waiting on payment. There's nothing listed currently, but if you search for completed auctions, you'll see that there are three auctions of his that ended recently. All in all he'd make around 30 USD from them.
Edit: This guy looks like a total scammer scumbag. He has a recent negative feedback for this iphone: http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?Vi ... 0186801962
He said it was lost in the mail. But when you take into consideration the standard stock photo he used and the unusualness of that item compared to his normal items and his low feedback, this guy is like 95% certainty a scammer.
Edit2: Plus for that iPhone he said he doesn't accept Paypal but he accepts it for his other less expensive auctions. Gee, I wonder why that would be.

I see what you were saying about a few items they had sold recently. I noticed the neg was from the iPhone auction but never checked it in detail. In my rage and fury I overlooked that.
I'm waiting to see if this guy leaves me a neg feedback since I closed the dispute a short while ago but opted not to leave any feedback for him at the moment.
Surely something listed currently but if you search for completed auctions you will see that there are three auctions of his that ended recently.

This guy seems to be bidding for numerous DBZ cel auctions now. This has me fuming. I've been contacting sellers about their items he is bidding for. I really hope eBay shuts him down soon.
Not to bash bidders from France but every bidder I've had trouble with within the past 6 months have been from France. I'm beginning to wonder if this is the same guy.

I really hope so because all the French bidders I've encountered so far have been absolute gems.
Wendy you are a lucky one. I seriously am starting to believe this one guy is the same who has been stalking DBZ sellers this past year. Some of the emails he has sent to me are suspiciously identical to the ones I had received on other occasions from another NPB's from France.
I've emailed several sellers about their items that he placed bids on. Several have already replied thanking me for the heads up. I just find it funny that he doesn't have the money to pay for the item he purchased from me and yet he is still bidding on other auctions this very moment.
You'd think ebay would have done away with him by now. They need an overhaul on their system. Right now I'm having problems with a seller not accepting payment.
I think I would limit sales to U.S. until he or she is done with their game! This may or may not get e-bays attention (probably not) but warning other sellers is very commendable on your part. Hats off to you for that!
I may be soft in the head on this one (so don’t throw things at me) but…
Does anyone else notice that problem sellers/buyers tend to be involved with DBZ? Is there some cosmic correlation?
I’m not saying that other series don’t have transactions go sour, but I wasn’t even remotely surprised that the items involved were from DBZ. Perhaps it’s the amount of product on the market upping the statistical probability? Or is it just the same crooked people over and over?
Sorry- not really contributing anything of importance- just noted a perceived pattern.
