Hey all!

Before anyone jumps to conclusions or talks up the gossip tree, this is my public apology to the community.

Back when I sold items from my gallery, I had some pretty serious life changes going on, including medical reasons of personal and family nature that I’d rather not discuss, and I was slow about getting some things out, irrationally slow, but I have made my best attempt to make the wrongs right - compensating the best I can for my mistakes, which everyone makes. In selling, I wasn’t as fast I should have been, and in buying, I wasn’t as ‘with it’ as I used to be, as the previous mentioned problems were nagging and completely unexpected, pelting my finances and health. I know some of you will take this and forgive me, which I will be extremely thankful for. Some will scoff and continue their hatred (some of it well placed, and I don’t blame you). Some won’t care, some will and be neutral.

I want to be active in this community again. I started collecting years ago and have spent a lot of time and a lot of investing in my collection, buying from dozens of collectors, meeting many of you at Slugest Feast, and trying to give back to the community what I could, when I was able. And as of late, I’ve not really had more than a few minutes at a time on the internet, but I’m looking forward to jumping back into the bowl of cels.

All I’m asking is that I be allowed back into your good standing. Not everyone is going to be my friend, and I understand that.

For anyone's curiousity, because of my past problems, in the future when I offer artwork for sale, I will be scanning every shipping receipt within 1 day of getting the payment, and try to earn back my good will. I don’t buy as much as I did, but I’m looking forward to buying and selling in the community again.

I'm glad that your medical and family problems are all over!

Don't you worry, most people are very forgiving... Can't wait to see you buy more cels!

Hope things are going well for you, I truly do!

A very brave thread to post, admitting your wrongs and I hope people can forgive you and put their trust back in you (especially with your new positive mindset and procedures!)
It's good to know things have settled down for you and it's great that you want to become active in the community again...as that is something we will all benefit from, as I’m sure I am one of many who will enjoy reading your posts and seeing your collection grow again.

Remember it may take time for others to trust you again, but be patient and I’m sure things will mend over time!

Sorry to be a bit of a brat, but it's often difficult to rebuild trust in small communities like this one. I'm sure you can do it if you really, truely have turned over a new leaf, but it will definitely take time. I guess, to be cliched, you gotta put your money where your mouth is (sorry, 1:30 in the morning, that's the best I can come up with

).

While I personally did not lose any money to you, I know that I won't put anything on hold for you for more than 24 hours--even then, I probably won't expect payment. I'm very leniant, and more than willing to give second chances, but I hate being ignored.

Btw, you still haven't read the pm I sent you two months ago.

Sorry if that sounded rude. I didn't mean it that way.

Ronin - I understand, it'll take time, but everyone makes mistakes. Thanks for the encouragement.

Klet - I just PMd you. I wasn't notified of a PM all this time.

I am willing to work hard to get back my good standing. I had 250 positive sales and purchases on Ebay with the cel market, and 175 separate verified buyer/seller purchases on Paypal off of Ebay. I just had a period of problems for the last few months, but I'm slowly getting back on track. Thanks for the input.

bran-chan - I'll go through my cel books one more time. I thought it was shipped in the package behind the cel. I will look again, though, and get back to you.

Moonrabbit - Thank you! I have had tons of great transactions, which is why I'm hopeful that I can gather my composure and reputation. For almost two solid years I was dealing transactions that were nothing but positive.

[Edit] After searching through ALL of my cel books AND boxes, I'm confident it WAS shipped. I'll email you and figure out what's going on.

And I'm confident it didn't arrive. You may have sent it to the wrong person but I guarantee it's not in my possession. And I've yet to get an e-mail from you.

It couldn't have been sent to someone else, as the transaction took place over the course of 8 months waiting for your $280 total, while the sketch was kept with the cel between the cel and background the entire time.

I will email you and issue a refund in partial for the sketch, however, to resolve this dispute.
