He contacted me through rubberslug and he's offering me some good money on a cel but doesn't speak english very well and I feel he is reluctant to let me know where he lives, if someone else here has had any good dealings with him it would set my mind at ease.

I'm pretty sure he's from France and has had some dealings with beta'ers. He has an account here, but I can't seem to find it right now.

He's a really good guy actually. I bought my first cel through him just after Christmas this year and can vouch that he is very trustworthy and understanding - he let me work a payment plan with him and everything was very smooth and troublefree.
