Hello All
Just thought I'd introduce myself quickly to the forums. Names Mireya but go by Midnite. My rubberslug gallery is starting small but I have years to keep collecting. My interests lie in Kite, Mezzo Forte, Sailor Moon and a few others that are highly unlikely at the time to ever be seen in my gallery. I'm relatively young to have started cel collecting, 16 soon to be 17 on the 23rd. I buy all my cels with my hard earned waitressing money so rest assured I handle them like gems and not like a teenager. Lol. I figured that since no one in my area shares the interest it would be fun to meet and talk with fellow cel collectors. So lets chat it up ^w^

Welcome to Anime Beta!! With a gallery and positive attitude like that I'm sure you won't have any problems fitting in! It's great to see you already have a wicked gallery and it'll be interesting to see how it progresses and grows!
So apart from the anime you've mentioned, what other anime are you into? What is it about Kite and Mezzo Forte that make you like it so much?
Anyway I hope you enjoy your stay!!

Welcome
I am relatively new also, live a few states away in HOT Arizona
So much talent on this site to learn from, picked up quite a few pointers.
Welcome...remember it is a marathon not a sprint (so hard to live by those wise words when you see a cel that you just have to have!!)

The Three Laws of Robotics:
1. A robot may not injure a human being, or, through inaction, allow a human being to come to harm.
2. A robot must obey the orders given it by human beings except where such orders would conflict with the First Law.
3. A robot must protect its own existence as long as such protection does not conflict with the First or Second Law.

Not many people express themselves the way you do.

Thank you so much for all your welcomes and comments on my gallery! It makes me feel that much better about blowing some tips tehe.
As for what draws me to Kite and Mezzo Forte I'd have to say its the art itself, I very much enjoyed the look of things and Yasuomi Umetsu's character design. His females are very stron willed and it shows in many of his cels. It's quite funny actually, while I'd love to be avidly collecting from Sailor Moon as well I find myself dropping the money on Umetsu's work for the quality whereas sailor moon is the memories.
Iwakuralain16 I live in a small nowhere town called Edinburg. Near the border, interesting we talked before and both live in the same state ^o^
