I think it would be best for me to withdraw from the community.
I just offend people when I try to post, I say things wrong, I speak my mind and get in trouble for it.. you know? It was also getting to the point where when someone got upset with my post, I started to fret and stress about it and reload the site like mad hoping they accepted my apology.
I'm not posting this for attention, I just wanted people to know why I don't post anymore.
I'm sorry that I came across as a bitch in some of my posts, I never intended to, and never intended to hurt anyone. I am very sorry.
It's just best if I keep my mouth shut from now on, or, in this case, my keyboard in the drawer. :)
Thanks everyone for understanding. Still going to be updating gallery on RS, and I'll still lurk this place, but no more posts/blog entries from me.
I also want to clarify and say that I do not hate any of you, I do not harbor any resentment or anger towards any of you, and I'm sorry if I ever came across that way.
:)

Hmm - Not sure which post you're talking about. I did see something regarding a bidding war. Not to worry. We're all in the same boat. We're all going for the same stuff and would throw babies under trains for it. Ok, well maybe not new-born babies. Maybe babies who are like like almost 1 or something. The point I'm trying to make is to take everything with a grain of salt. As long as you have a forum about collecting, there are going to be butt-hurt people who didn't win, people who did win, and people who will pass judgement on anything and everything. Life will go on. Keep posting. Otherwise, it will get a little lonlier in the forum.

oh no sletia, i wish you wouldnt! /sob

trust me, no matter what you do in life there is someone somewhere thats going to be offended (and of course you wont mean to offend but there are so many people that the odds are someone will take something you say the wrong way). its just the plain law of nature. :D

but its not worth just totally withdrawing from the game. ;)

myself, im very sensitive to what others think of me and what i look like and what i do but ya know we cant live like that. if we live our lives worrying about what others think of ourselves then we'd just go crazy because some people will think one thing of us and others the other way. you can never totally please people. i always have to keep reminding myself that.

you deserve to be here just as much as everyone else and you deserve your opinion as much as everyone else.

im sorry about all this.
i hope you still come and hang out with us instead of lurking. :D its more fun! :)

Heck yeah ^0^ Ditto to what she says...

Not everyone will like you...Maybe because of how you look, sound, how they think you are and so forth...but really....who gives a dam what people think? As long as you are not a B7tch 50% of the time it's coo'l..XD

I certainly hope you are not doing this because of your
other post about bidding up the other buyer. You explained
that you weren't doing it out of spite. No one was mad at you.
I certainly was not mad at you, just trying to keep you from
other people hurting you in the future. Please don't think that
I took what you said personally. You should not quit posting
because you think you pissed other people off. Hell, if that
were the case, I should have quit posting years ago. :P

That's true of all things. If you would withdraw from an online community, would you also withdraw from the rest of the world for the same reason?

No Worries Babe!! (ok, that's just me being silly and trying to cheer you up  )

If there is truth in your words, always be yourself. People get upset over everything from world affairs to nutty buddies these days. No point in validating thin skin.

Even if you make a post which you're afraid, in retrospect, came off as silly or offensive or whatever - it doesn't matter, because in a week, it's unlikely that anyone but you will remember it, anyway. That is the grand truth of boards, and a definitive reason not to go into self-exile. ;)
