Why putting this Seller on a blacklist?
It looks like your deputy failed to keep up the communication with the seller.
Sorry if i say that but it looks the seller canceled the auction since he thought your a dead bidder. >.<
The seller is a weirdo but since he set the rules for bidding on his items he can also cancel a bid if the winner is not using the contact form he prefers.
He also set a time period for that.
