Sith Krillin

Post by DbzGirl88 »

Guys...I received an email relaying the message that Sith Krillin, or David had been in a fatal automobile accident on Sunday, April 6, 2003. I wanted to post this to relay the message to you, and to post that he and his family will be in my prayers.

I did not see anything about this, and was not sure if you all knew.

I will miss you, David.

Fucks sake. Him and his family are in my thoughts today.

Always a very polite and decent guy to me and went out of his way to help me out.

Gone but not forgotten

Miss you man

Even though I never met the guy in person, it is amazing how much reading that just affected me.

I hope you are at peace David and my thoughts are with your family. I really appreciated all the times you answered my often stupid questions.

I got the same email that Erin did:

EchoStar is saddened to learn that 33-year-old David Pierpont, an employee of EchoStar's Information Technologies department at the Thornton Customer Service Center, was killed in an automobile accident the morning of Sunday, April 6.

He began working for EchoStar in 1997 as a customer service representative before being promoted to PC technician. He most recently served as a Systems Administrator in Thornton.

Below is the service arrangement for David:

"Celebration of David's Life"
Saturday, 4/12 at 11:00am
Crist Mortuary and Crematory
3395 Penrose Pl (34th Street and Diagonal Highway)
Boulder, CO

Minimal flowers please - his family will let me know later this week if there is a charity that they would like donations to be made on behalf of David.

His parents are also asking if anyone would like to share a funny story or memory of David, please do so as they want to keep his celebration light and upbeat.

I dont think David will ever be forgotten.

What a horrible thing to happen to such a nice person. My thoughts go out to his family and friends. He will be greatly missed but not forgotten.

Oh man. I'm completely shocked. Just was checking in before I go to work (a half day for me.. finally) and now I don't even want to go in.

I really don't know what to say, other than he'll be in my thoughts and I'll miss him terribly. RIP David.

I feel the same as everyone else. Shocked and saddened.

I didn't know David beyond a few emails when I was a newbie, but he was always kind and helpful.

He's in my prayers. His family is too, for this sudden and sad loss.

God bless, David.
