Sensei,

Wonderful! I'm glad that you were able to get that cel so quickly. From you description, it sounds like the cel is even better than originally viewed (and that was already a good likeness). We CCS collectors will just have to make sure to grab those last few good CCS cels that make it onto YJ.

The update is now complete with three lively sketch sets from Kamikaze Kaitou Jeanne, an under-rated and so far unlicenced magical girl series involving the usual normal Japanese schoolgirl who transforms into the reincarnation of Joan of Arc in order to steal beautiful works of art that are Bad for their owners. This sounds icky, but Arina Tanemura, creator of Full Moon wo Sagashite, makes the story edgy and full of unexpected twists. KKJ art tends to come on the market infrequently, and so it's good fortune to be able to nab some impressive scenes.

Kira: thanks for the sequence-buddy tip. I added a link to my page. It's nice to know that I wasn't the only one to see this cel initially with a dirty mind!

Tex-chan: thanks for the compliment on the new section, both what you say and for the idea in the first place.

Klet + wELCOME cONSUMER: yes, a really intimidating pan cel. As Kero-chan says later on to Syaoran, "Yep, girls are scary when they get mad."

redwolf: I'm not sure I tackled the colonoscopy exactly "head on," but thanks for the thought.

Baakay: My father-in-law, an earthy first-generation Polish immigrant, used to say, "Did everything come out all right in the end?"

shellie: the link to the dread pix is over in the other thread if you're man, er, human enough to endure them.

vapalla: Thanks for the compliments on HP, another lovely and under-rated series. I'm looking forward to adopting your unwanted piggie cels!

rallihir: It really was in superb condition. I have hopes that while the CCS goodies have dwindled to a trickle, that little stream will produce wonders for a few more months or years yet. Don't nab them all!

Thanks, all, for recovery wishes. I think I'm back to normal now, except that I'm still grieving the loss of microwave popcorn. (Might get down into a Colon Cubbie and makes me die.) I haven't been so nervous about what I eat since someone told me that swallowing gum would stick my intestines together.

Next time (if I live that long!): Saiyuki Requiem ($29.65 internal shipping charges -- :hurt: ow ow ow ow!), Palme, Tonde Buurin, and another new gallery!
