Akira and Beyond Cel Gallery

Hey everyone. I am new to this forum, so I'd like to introduce myself quickly. I live in NY, and I love anime/Japanese culture. My favorite anime/movie of all time is Akira. I have a good amount of Akira cels, as well as a few from other series as well. I have specific tastes, so I am very picky. Satoshi Kon(RIP) is one of my favorite directors, and I think he was a genius! Please check out my cel gallery, and I hope you enjoy the images! More cels coming soon....

Thanks for the welcomes and kind words. Yeah, I love Akira. It was such a monumental movie for me, especially since I saw it around the time it first came out in America. I think that Akira shaped my life to the point that it is now, all because of watching it. It's crazy to be inspired by a movie in a major way like that, but interesting.

I will have more Akira stuff coming soon. I am also looking for Akira cels, dougas, etc. from the scene where the beer can structure is falling after the ESPer kid Takashi got scared. I am also looking for original Akira bgs if anyone has them!

Hey everyone! I just added some updates to my gallery. In particular, there were additions to the Akira section, and my first Serial Experiments Lain cel/dougas. FINALLY!

No no no, your question is not inappropriate. I will put it this way: because I buy a lot of Akira cels, etc., I am not sure if I can determine what is expensive or not. LOL. I purchased this for a decent amount I thought. It was definitely a lot more than $100. Yet, I think it is worth it, especially since it came with three different dougas, and the cel, and it is HUGE!

You have an extensive Akira collection and I'm sure it'll grow some more.
Akira is one of the best anime movies out there. I watched it 12 yrs ago and was blown away.....I still am actually.
