Huge Wishlist for Rosemary

For as long as I have known Rosemary, which has been close to 10 years now, she has always wanted a cel of Vicious.

Well, here it is!! I am so happy for her. I think that this is the perfect cel of Vicious, and I can't think of anyone
who deserves it more. :cheers
