Thanks, you guys! I'm really grateful to all of you for stopping by to visit, and for leaving such kind comments. *GLOMS everyone* I have this habit of updating as things come in, so my gallery sees more one- or two-cel updates. I was pretty excited at being able to do such a big addition this time. (Well, it's big to me. Compared to what most folks add at a time, I know it's small potatoes
.) And, this particular update was even more exciting to me, since there were a few wishlists and never-thought-I-would-get-one cels in here. The Aya cel was the "star" of the update for me, but there were several other things I was giddy as all heck over adding to my collection. And, I'm so happy you guys liked them, too!
Kymaera: Ah! So, that's where I went wrong with the Fraya thumbnail. I knew there was something that didn't seem "quite right". I still have this urge to use the Fraya pic as my avatar. It cracks me up! *snicker*
Sensei: I have to send a big, extra THANK YOU your way for telling me about the Mikael auction. After winning the Aya cel, I was trying to avoid YJ (and doing a pretty good job of it), but I would have kicked myself if I had missed out on that cel. I love the sequence mate in your gallery, and this one is just as gorgeous. I still can't believe I got it without any competition!
Aernath: Come on down, you pervy chick! You would be welcome at my house for "Bish Closet Cuddle Time" any time you liked. (As long as you didn't frighten the cat.
) I'm confident my kiddo would want to play with your Ichigo doll. But, would he want to play with her? That's the real question.
Rei: Thank you again -- so, so much -- for your help in acquiring the Sakura/Jump pan. I am so grateful and just thrilled to have the cel. *gloms*
*extra GLOMS to Gonzai ... just for being you!
*
Thanks again, everyone! I'm always a bit hesitant about posting an update, but your wonderful comments really made my day!

otakusin wanders in tex-chan's update a little late
She looked around and liked what she saw, drooled a little here, drooled some there, left a puddle of tears mixed with joy and envy over Mikael... again while drooling. Yeah sorry about that tex-chan... mucho mess left for ya
She admired the gorgeous Sakura - Jump Cel, pondered if it had become her new fav CCS in tex-chan's CCS gallery. She left still debating the thought.
So after viewing the wonderful update otakusin was happy for tex-chan but is deviously thinking of pulling a Kaito Jeanne move...
Notice: otakusin will come for your pretties in the distant future... till then it's all oogles and drools!!
Kudos tex-chan

Thanks Otakusin & ZB! *gloms*
I would have replied sooner, but I was busy moving my gallery to a new, more hidden location. And tossing road salt all around any possible entrances, just in case. You know, to deter any Kaitou-like behavior.
You guys crack me up!
I'm so glad you liked the update, and I feel very privileged that you stopped in, Otakusin. (Especially considering the many, many hours I have spent drooling in your gallery! *hugs*)

Tex, I'm sorry to say that your Fraya cel must be a fake. Compare it with the screencap kymaera took and you might see the difference. Subtle, but there.
*wanders off towards the supermarket*
Oh, don't mind me. I just need to go stock pile some Cheetoes just in case Aya ever finds out about the horrible thing I just said about him.
Like I said before, your OMGAYA!!!! is just perfect.
Perfectly Aya, and perfectly Tex-chan, too. He's what I've come to expect from such a lovely gallery like yours.
The rest of the update is nearly as excellent . . . 'cuz nothing can top your grumpy boy there.
kymaera wrote:Though, that Fraya cel is slightly different somehow from the thumbnail, but I just can't put my finger on it.

Thanks so much, Hot Ice, Majinuub, and Klet.
I really appreciate you guys taking the time to stop by and gander at the new stuff. And, I doubly appreciate you taking the time to leave such kind comments.
I apologize for the rather cursory/curt nature of my reply to you guys. I would like to put something more cheerful ... or just, well, "more". But, I'm having a really awful day today. My dog, Tex, passed away today. I had him for fifteen years, and I just feel very sad over his death. Anyhow, I know it sounds rather silly, but I feel so emotionally drained that I can't summon up the energy to write proper comments ... but I wanted to let you guys know how much I appreciated your visit and comments on the new cels.

I'm very sorry to hear about your Tex. I know from losing our Socks last summer how very difficult it is. A dog becomes a companion, a personality that reflects yours and also in his or her doggy way adds something to yours, and so it is always a difficult shock to resolve. Take your time, and do what you can to express your feelings. Our Liz, fully 12 months after our loss, made a music video to go with a collage of family photos, and gave it to us for Christmas ... and even with the passing of time we all cried again.
My only thought of consolation is the comment that one Lutheran pastor gave when asked if we would meet our companions in the afterlife. The Bible says that nothing will be lacking to make our joy complete in heaven, he said, and so of course you will meet your friends again.
In the meantime, you've prevented me from writing a facetious, late-night commentary on road salt and $1.75 all-night dry-cleans, that would have been totally out of place, given your situation. Instead, take my sincere feelings of support.
