Ryouko: I know how you feel as there are several cels of mine that I had to go to bat for, and that makes them extra special! Although I should say that you almost had to fight me off, too, for that bloody Suboshi cel when it came up for auction - however, all the deputy services had a waiting list on that one, and I couldn't get a bid in before it ended (I did find it awfully late). No biggie - I'm actually happy he went to you, for reasons already mentioned! You definitely deserve him!!

And absolutely, you're welcome for those cels!!

Cordelia: Thank you so much, sweetpea! Your compliments mean a lot to me, truly! You have a splendid collection yourself, especially all those wonderful FY cels - the "Valiant Nuriko" is a GEM! So gorgeous and sad!!

You're such a sweetie. ^^ I remember Misa (Anime Online) had to bid on the cel for me, cause I also couldn't get through to any of the deputy services either. I was so bound determined though. XD I went through a bad bidding war at the very end, I probably got a few grey hairs just from that. I really wish the boshi-twins weren't so hard to find, when they're loved by so many. I try hard to not be a hoarder when it comes to cels of them, but at the same time, they're hard to resist. n.n;;

Yeah, it was amazing how many people both Celga and Rinkya had in line for bidding on that particular cel. I guess it was the first time one of the twins ever appeared for auction in, like, ever.

Has there been any ideas or even rumors as to why they are so hard to come by?

Oh, I totally know that feeling! When I got bitten with the Olba Frost obsession bug, I was nabbing cels left and right with little thought. I didn't want to be a hoarder, either, and felt really bad about it when I would read comments like "she has every Olba Frost cel under the sun, why does she need another?!"

But as you said, they were hard to resist! *nervous laugh*

I've learned to chill and contemplate the moments and artwork now, so hopefully I don't ever stir up any bad feelings again. Not that GX has the same kind of fan base as FY, but you know ...

I got those bidding war grey hairs, myself! *grin* That setup of Olba fighting Garrod (split screens with the mecha in the BG) was especially a panic-attack! The last minute, when it looked I might lose it, I thought I would have a seizure at the auction's close! I swear, cel bidding is a hazard to one's health! Gah~

You are ever welcome, my dear!! And I'll keep my fingers crossed for you, that you may find some more 'Boshi twin cels to take to the grave with you!

I've personally never seen any Gundam, but like so many others have said, your cels are just stunning pieces of artwork! I especially like the split screen of the two characters fighting with their mech in the middle.

I really have no idea either, other than that collectors who have them, just don't part with them. I can imagine there's plenty of collectors overseas who have never shown their collections, who probably own the prime ones. I really wish I knew where the Amiboshi pan that Leigh had went. It was sold even before her gallery went up for offers. I really miss looking at that cel.

That Suboshi on auction is still the only one I ever found on auction period. It's also still, after over five years, the only cel of Suboshi from that episode I've ever seen. Where the heck did they all go?

I love your gallery! Nice to see you on Rubberslug, you did a fine job with the design. I like your collection, even tho I have not seen Gundam X yet. Heard good things about it tho.

Category F is a hurricane term, right? Or maybe tornado? Either way, I keep thinking... Category: Funk!

klet: Thank you for visiting, and for your kind words! Yeah, the split screen "versus" cel is one of my favorites, too!

Ryouko: I've always wondered exactly what makes one character harder to find than others. It certainly doesn't seem to have anything to do with supply and demand, since demand is high and supply apparently minimal. *shrugs* I have also found it odd that you find more of Amiboshi from the OVA than the actual series.

Ah, I remember Leigh's Kitty in the House gallery! It was a shame she sold most everything off and let the website go; her cels were extraordinary, and she was the only one I ever saw with SotsuM artwork!

It's been on RS for some years now, but it's nice to know people still visit it now, even when nothing is new!

Ha! You know, I hadn't thought of that before, but I believe tornadoes are categorized by an F-class (like F5). Hurricanes are just numeric, I think, but I have also heard "category f" used in relation to mathematics, too. Huh, something to ponder on.

Category FUNK is much more interesting, though! (LOL)

Everyone: Oh, for those interested in finding GX to view, I was completely unaware that the anime was finally released to DVD in Japan back in 2005. It will be Region 2 encoded for Japan with no English subtitles, but if anyone is interested, you can find it at YesAsia. Disc volumes 07 and 08 have awesome new artworks of my Frost boys, too! When I get some extra money, I'm definitely looking to buy those babies!
