hmmm a wishlist cel for 3k, what could it be i wonder...

seriously though, it is a crime how little i paid for this cel... im so happy i found it!... lol

Thanks for sharing, it's the first time I've seen such old anime cels. They are still in such great condition despite their age

And the style is really timeless, the lines are so graceful. *wonders if any of these anime are available now*

there are a few of the older toei films that were released to vhs, but not many made it to dvd. "panda and the magic serpent" (see amazon) and "magic boy" (see cdjapan) were both re released on dvd. i have not been able to find "the littlest warrior" on either format, so i dont know if it was released? ...anyone??

Oh my! The two Unicorns cel is absolutely beautiful! I remember seeing that on YJ before and you mentioned how much you wanted that cel! I am so glad to see you finally got it! Congratulations!

Glad to hear that the cel arrived safely, it's very pretty. I like how it looks like the two unicorns are connecting with one another with their horns criss-crossed.

im sorry about your layoff, though!
a friend of mine got laid off a few months ago and she finally got a job this week!
dont loose hope, things will get better. There are still nice jobs out there, you just have to have faith that you will get it (because youre a beautiful person and you deserve it!!

i haven't been laid off, at least not recently, i think you misunderstood me. but yes i do know what it is like to be laid off unfortunately and it really stinks. that is the animation biz all over. i am actually quite busy though at the moment *knock on wood* thus why i havent had any time to visit beta. thanks for the comments!

Yay! Caroline, I've been waiting and waiting to see your new Unico cel in full glory, ever since you put it under the coming soon section on your home page! Its an amazing treasure!

And your cel with Unico and the West Wind is the best I've ever seen!

Now I gotta go and get some paper towels to clean up the pool of drool on my desk...
