rs downtime and rodeo

RS will be going down for about an hour while we use the network cables to hold an impromtu cattle-roping contest at the data center. The leftover cable will be donated to the late night residents of RS, who never seem to have enough rope.

Once the winner of the cattle roping contest is announced, we will plug the servers back in and resume operation as a boring cel collecting website. Thank you for your patience and apologies for the late notice for those who wanted to enter the contest (and those unexpectedly shut out from the site).
