Awsome Vegeta cel there! Personally I like #2 better. It's just so much more dynamic, and to me that is so Vegeta

The 1st looks like it would match the actual scene more, but to me the 2nd one is great.

I like the second one better too.
I think the dramatic background adds more. It looks more 'evil'

But I can understand you'd go for the first one.
If it's more true to the original.

Well, the second one looks very nice with that background, but the first still looks better in my opinion.

I like number one better. It fits in with all your other cels better. Number 2 sticks out a bit. Yes, it's more dramatic, so if you want more dramatic, go with 2. But my humble opinion is number one. It just looks more realistic to the original.

I would probably go with number 1 because it is closer to a dbz background and im sure if you get a better scan of the first, it would look much better.
