Update: Esca, Naruto, Kenshin, Street Fighter, Kyo, Eat Man!

Hello guys and girls,

Due to Toni's thread about her Scanning Pile, I thought I better put my day off to good use, as I've got a horrible cold. So anyway, in case anyone was interested, Ronin's latest update consists of a few series.

I've finally started my Naruto collection and I love this Repro of Sakura as she just looks so happy…bless her. As well as that I really like this cool sketch of Iruka, I dunno why I like it, but I think Iruka is just a cool character.
Other things included in my update is my first Saito cel...and never did I think I'd ever own a cel of him…just too cool! If anyone has any idea of which episode it’s from, I’d be truly greatful.
As well as that I have a cool Book Cel from Escaflowne during the destruction of Fanelia. I think Nat R also has one and seeing this thing in real life is really cool...just a shame I have some really crappy pictures, as it doesn’t do it justice!
And to top off the update I have added quite a few cool Street Fighter Alpha sketches of various characters as well as a cel, which I'm really pleased to own.

Hey I love your layout with the Battlecry lyrics tucked in. That's great. Nice, nice update!! I'm not an Escaflowne collector, but that's a heck of a cel.

Thanks for the well wishes too...I have a huge party thing to go to on Saturday, so I'm trying to get better for that!

OMG! What a positively gorgeous update! I saw your Ninja Scroll additions not too long ago and meant to email you about them. Those Jubeis are FANTASTIC! Nothing better than a naked Jubei in the bath (and yanking out his tooth.. ) Great sequence to have a cel from, for sure. Major congratulations!

Of course I love your Escaflowne and SFA collections as well. I -always- look forward to your updates, they never disappoint!

I'm a big fan of that Esca cel! I saw them up on YJ, and really wished I could pick at least one of them up, but didn't have the money at the time. But I'm so glad to see them pop up in galleries!

Yay!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! A Saitou update. Great find there! I am not 100% positive but I think this is when Saito reveals to Kenshin and Misao that he has a wife that will take care of Eiji. I think that’s DVD 8 so you can confirm. Yay!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WONDERFUL UPDATE! YAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Sorry if I haven't mentioned I also like your Naruto update but I do.

Well, you could aways try to buy a scanner, borrow a scanner or take it to a copy place with a large flatbed. How big is it, anyway?

Thanks for all the feedback about the update guys, I'm glad to hear there was a little something for everyone!! Thanks also for the well wishes, the cough still persists and it didn't help I had a Christmas party last night and didn't get back til 6am and then had to work the next day, but I have a day off tomorrow, so I'll be sure to rest easy to try and get rid of it!

Great to hear from ya too Shampoo, indeed it has been along old time! I hope everything is good for you! …and I sooo thought you might approve of the 'smexsay dog boy' sketches...hahah, you really do make me laugh! I did literally laugh out loud...heheh. We’ll have to catch up again sometime soon.

That would be great; I'd love to see scanned images of your cels. It does take money and effort, but you won't want to go back... I really wish I could scan in the largest of my cels because of the difference in quality between photos and scans, but they are just too big for my little scanner.

However, I know how you feel about the cost...I intend to get mylar bags and archival boxes for my sketches, but I keep putting it off in favor of saving up for more production artwork instead....
