The early 1980's live action Samurai Resurrection with Sonny Chiba as Yagyu Jubei is what got me interested in this OVA.Does anyone else feel like this anime should have been completed?

Hi Everybody, I have updated my gallery with a pretty decent anime entitled: NINJA RESURRECTION. I enjoyed the two OVA episodes but the true crime of this anime was the fact it lasted only two episodes The early 1980's live action Samurai Resurrection with Sonny Chiba as Yagyu Jubei is what got me interested in this OVA.
Does anyone else feel like this anime should have been completed?

Nice updates! Were those the ones from the RS shop? Anyway I'm a big fan of all things Samurai and Ninja and I too can see the resemblance with Yagyu Jubei...as for the OVA I must admit I wasn't a big fan of it...I can remember watching the first two episodes and that was it...I didn't even think they stopped it after that.

Nice update! Those are some really great cels.
Despite all of the confusion about this title, I think "Reborn from Hell: Samurai Reincarnation" might not have gone over too well as a title for this short-lived series.
I wish the OAV could've been completed but Giant Robo would have suffered. The studio was going over budget and the team working on Ninja Resurrection was pulled back onto GR. It's a shame, nonetheless. This series might have received some critical acclaim if it had possessed a proper conclusion.
