Some of you may know that I haven't really been active in collecting lately, but I did buy some last year that I finally managed to put up today...maybe my new years resolution should be something like do things in a more timely fashion...haha

Any ids would be helpful, it's slighting damaged, the top right hand corner had a crease in it when it came (like 5 years ago). The cel came along with a You're Under Arrest cel, so if anyone wants it, I'm only looking for like $15 or so for it.
