O_O update

Post by Penguinton »

Well I updated my gallery with a few new additions. :D

I brought my first Hanken ever. And best of all its a Nausicaa Hanken!!! 8O I'm extremely happy about it. :) So very very excited over it.

I also got a print of one of Hayao Miyazaki's watercolors paintings also of Nausicaa:

Two new GITS sketches of Aramaki. :P

And two Shin Chan cels because they make me giggle like a school girl. (Yes I have a highly sophisticated sense of humor :D)

Very nice , Congrats!

The pose on the hanken looks very familiar -- could it have also been used on a Newtype cover? (Or is that bell ringing in my head just my tinnitus?) Anyhow, ditto the roorocks for the hanken. It really is a pretty image of her, full of action.

And I really like the quiet sinister feel of your new DBZ sketch set:

Thanks for including the extras and giving a good context description, as my only experience with DBZ was watching one of the movies that my daughter's first boyfriend loaned her (it reminded me a lot of Popeye -- but then my only other anime experience at that time was Fushigi na koala Blinky aka Noozles and Mysterious Cities of Gold).

Hmm...Newtype...That very well maybe where it was used. THANKS so much!!!

^^ Yeah DBZ is such a long series that it kinda needs a little bit of description for whats going on in my opinion at least. And actually now that you mention it DBZ is KINDA similar to Popeye. XD Except instead of eating spinach they scream until they transform.
