Estatic over new cel, YAY!

I wanted to go ahead and plaster my happiness on Beta as I already did in Rubberslug. I just posted 2 new cels that arrived yesterday. 1 more Kite beauty and *drum roll* a Lain cel! I can't believe it's finally here, after making payments (though even for having to make payments this was way to fair a price) and oggling it day in and day out I finally have it. I desperately wanted a Lain cel but didn't have that kind of money for my age or occupation so I let go of the hope and figured I'd just admire other people's Lain cels. It was like Christmas and an Early B-day present in one. *squees*

You know what? There is this crepe place about 45 minutes from where I live and I was telling them that they should use anime/manga to advertise at conventions... The only series I could think of that had crepes in it though was Fruits Basket... that was the manga. I don't remember if it was in the anime series... I forgot that Lain had it in there too! (Must remember this for the next time I go...). I only wanted to try the crepes because of Fruits Basket... they are so good to. ~_~

If you live in the DFW area, go to Crepes 4 U in in the Asian World Market in Plano... *drool* LOL so good.

I am glad you got that Kite cel!!!! I saw that it as put on hold but I was not sure if you had your order accepted or not. It looks nice!

I would have immediately said Lain and not even recalled it was in Fruits Basket (which I must remind myself to hit myself for, I own the anime and the manga >x<). I've wanted to try a crepe since I saw this sequence, they just looked so yummy and came in all flavors.

I'll actually be in that area around the 2-5, so I'll definitely make sure I try one. As for using anime as advertisement I'm sure it would get a whole nother' crowd to spend.

Thank you it arrived quickly at that! Though I'm a bit curious what happened to their other Kite cel...it was completely removed from the sight and I was just thinking of actually getting it

Oh gods, there's a crepe shop in Plano!? !@#$%^ I've been craving crepes SO BAD ever since I got back from Japan last spring.

You have no idea... how bad I crave them. If you ever catch me in the rubberslug chat, I usually always mention them in there... daily. ~_~ so good... They have this one called a chocco roco.. something like that. It is the crepe witht his chocolate stuff smeared in there, whip cream, chocolate syrup and a scoop of ice cream. I had a bite of it.. I do not like chocolate enough to get it.

The one I usually always get is filled with strawberries, pineapple, banana,.. and i think another fruit.. can't remember right now. whip cream, chocolate syrup.. and I add a scoop of vanilla ice cream. @_@ HAHAHA They also have green tea ice cream too...

I have been there only twice but I have sent a good amount of people over there so far for business. My friend went again this last weekend and they told him that I have sent other people and they are curious to find out who I am. HAHA ....I am going tomorrow. yes. Check out the store too. It has alot of cool candy and ice creams(including Plum and lychee).

I'd probably be really plain and just get strawberry all around. But now that I know what goes into them even more so they sound so tempting.
