Shitajiki section complete

Post by miz ducky »

I have finally completed the shitajiki section of my website.

... at least until I get more pencil boards...

Lets start with Bleach...
http://www.ahiru-no-ike.net/shitajiki/bleach.html

It might take a bit to load depending on your connection. The roll over images are supposed to load when the page opens, so you are actually loading twice as many images as you see from the start.

Half the Saiyuki do not have a reverse, they are just blank white on the back. I really don't know how to classify them. On Mandarake they were called shitajiki, but they seem more like a laminated small poster.

Let me know what you think!

Nice Ducky!!! /no1

I like how the thumbnails roll over to show the back. And it's cool how you have a different BG color for each section.

The site looks fantastic, and you have an impressive collection for sure!

Thank you very much! I was wondering if anyone even looked at it.
I'm going to add a poll to find out if people really think I ought to have larger images linked.

I seem to get that comment. "What you can't click them and make them bigger?"
And I say, "Do they really need to be bigger?"

For those who read this please let me know your feed back.

I think it's a good idea to have large scans available. Some things I like to blow up to see more of the detail. Seeing larger scans might be cool for some of the more detailed pieces, and the autographed ones.

That's my opinion, but the site looks great as it is! And I really like the rolling thumbnails! :yay

Nice collection. :) I vote bigger, just because I was trying to read the text on the first two in the 'Other' section. :P

awesome site. great design and you have a great collection. i also vote bigger as there were a few more detailed pieces i would've liked to see larger... but if you opt not to do the larger images, it's great as is too

OK I am slowly making progress to add the larger images.

http://www.ahiru-no-ike.net/shitajiki/fma.html

So far only the FMA section has the links.
I also added 3 more FMA shitajiki that arrived in the mail recently.

Let me know what you think.

Nice collection, it would be gd to have the option of seeing larger images of the shitajikis. If it takes too long to load the page, esp with the rollover images, you may want to consider having fewer shitajikis (e.g. 6 - 8) on one page. :^^:
