I have made a small update to my gallery. I've added two Sailor Moon cels. A cel of Queen Serenity and a cel of the Crescent Wand.

Wow, congratulations for your Queen Serenity cel! I saw that on Mandarake and hoped someone here would get her!

Assuming the douga isn't stuck (it seems like the majority of SM Mandarake cels have it or their backgrounds stuck), find an awesome background and she'll really pop.

Happy New Year everyone!

I have updated my cel gallery with a bank cel of Sailor Moon’s “Moon Spiral Heart Attack!” I also have another cel in the mail and will upload that when it gets here, but the cel has a big sheet of white tissue paper stuck to the back of the cel. I would love to take it off so I can upload a picture of the cel with, what I believe to be, its original back ground. What is the best way to remove it, or should I not remove it at all?

Very dramatic use of motion, with SM's wand making one spiral and her head (and the flying twin hair strands) making another one on a perpendicular plane.

Concerning the paper, if you want to remove it, you can moisten it gently with distilled water, then carefully peel the paper off. It will disintegrate, part sticking to the back of the paint and part coming off in your hands. But it won't hurt the cel to leave it as is, and if there are parts that might flake off in the process (such as hair tips), you might be better leaving it in place.
