I haven't had any problems for about a week now. Things appear to be back to normal.

I get an "Unable to Connect" error from FireFox. I've taken a screen grab and forwarded it to Jason. Hopefully nothing bad.

Jason says:
i have no idea why that happened, but i fixed it.
sorry about that. i don't think it's ever randomly crashed for an unspecified reason like that
What with Beta's ongoing woes (which, trust the team, are being discussed behind the scenes in a hopefully productive way), perhaps we should stay vigilant. Any other error messages, be sure to post them here, with screen grabs if you can get them.

Apologies for disturbing everyone, may I report a potential problem with Rubberslug (or "Galactica" as Jason refers to it - love that reference)?

Last night I was getting the ball rolling on a long-overdue update in preparation for the upcoming "Open House" event when the uploading process seemed to stop entirely - the "process" status bar that pops up remains on 0% indefinitely. 5mins, 10mins pass by and the status bar remains at 0%. I have tried different sized files, from just a few KBs to a couple hundred KBs along with one, two or three images, but unfortunately nothing is being accepted at the moment.

Referring back to the R-Slug Homepage, the last updated gallery was about 12hrs ago which is when I first started experiencing this latest issue.

(Apologies in advance if indeed it was me that broke R-Slug this time whilst attempting some massive updates).

I had problems editing entries last night around 7p PST; The system was 'throwing up' exceptions again.

Evidently solved now. I let Jason know of the issue via PM and he did do some maintenance on the site. I see that about 3 hours ago people resumed updating there. Please do flag any issues in this thread in future, and I'll make sure Jason is aware of them.

I was attempting some site maintenance, but it doesn't look like Rubberslug will upload anything at the moment. The last RS gallery update was 9 hours ago, so I'm assuming it might be down again...anyone else having trouble?

Never mind--it's back up! Thanks! /no1

Jason is cool with being scrambled to deal with glitches like this and says to poke him via Facebook messaging or send him an email at the first sign of a hold-up in downloading material. I'm friends with him on FB and on checking he said he has no problem with other power Sluggers friending him as well.
