Panel for Otakon 2006?

Otakon opend up their panel registration form recently, and I was wondering if anyone was going to run a cel panel this year? Our panel last year was fun despite a few complications. If I can't organize the junk in my apartment, I don't trust myself to organize a cel panel... or otherwise I'd do it myself.

Any brave souls planning to do one this year...?

I'd love to see a cel panel, as I'll be there this year, but ... I'm honestly way too busy at home to organize such a thing. Now, if someone wants to take charge, I'd be glad to assist in any way I can.
